In 2013, I was promoted to our Escalation Team. As my knowledge grew, I became a role model for my peers and was recently promoted to Escalation Team Supervisor. It has been an incredible journey to get to where I am today. My favorite part about working at Mason is the people. I have met so many amazing people over the years who have all contributed to my learning and understanding of Mason Companies.
